As Winter Draws On

After the first cold snap of the Autumn, it’s probably a time to remind M&D’s about gloves!

For Pin Ball and Girls’ Lacrosse, please be aware that the shafts of Lacrosse sticks are made of metal which, when the temperature drops, will tend to make little hands very cold. Obviously, this makes both play and enjoyment tough for those without gloves.

For Boy’s wearing Lacrosse gloves, the trick is to wear surgical gloves underneath. These are great because they allow players to maintain the ‘feeling’ of the stick and keep hands toastie warm (no idea why it works but it does).
