After high school Keith went to Limestone College in South Carolina and played on their lacrosse team. For his second year of schooling he returned to Canada and finished his post-secondary education at the University of Lethbridge. He holds a B.A. in Kinesiology and a B.A. in History from Lethbridge.

Keith has always enjoyed both the playing and coaching aspect of the sport and started coaching at the age of 12. He has just finished working for a camp in the eastern United States where he was the co-director of their lacrosse program. Now 23 years old, Keith is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and experience with the Spencer club in London.

Coaching focus with Spencer will be with our junior programme working with Pete Compton. Keith will also provide input into the senior sessions and will be playing for the senior team when he’s not busy with the junior programme.
